7-Day Wild Safari- Serena Lodges
In partnership with the Serena Lodges, Shanjoy Tours, and Safaris bring the perfect Kenyan experience in this 7-Day Wild Safari. While staying in different 5-star Serena lodges, this safari will take you through Nairobi, Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Elmentaita, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli National Park.
Destinations
Nairobi City
Your safari experience starts in Nairobi City. Depending on your flight schedule, you can go for an excursion. Some interesting places to visit include the Nairobi National Museum/snake park, Karen Blinex Museum, Giraffe Centre, or a half-day game drive to the Nairobi National Park.

Masai Mara National Reserve
Away from the city, the Mara Reserve offers a thrilling wildlife viewing experience. First, the park has a high number of animals including lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, buffalo, and more. And second, the open savannah and scarce acacia woodlands make it perfect to safely see animals during a game drive. While the Mara is amazing all year round, the annual Great Wildebeest Migration adds an exciting twist to the experience.

Next, your will travel to Lake Nakuru and Elmentaita. This park is famous globally as the greatest bird spectacle on earth. Over two million flamingos feed and nest along its shores, giving the lake a pinky glow. Other resident animals include Rothschild’s giraffe, white and black rhinos, buffalos, hippopotamus, waterbuck, lion, cheetah, leopard, and more.

Lake Naivasha
As a spice-up to your safari, you will enjoy a complimentary boat ride at the lake as you travel to Amboseli National Park.
Lastly, Amboseli park is globally known for its high population of African-tusked elephants. The sparse vegetation and serene landscape provide a rewarding game drive experience.

Nairobi Serena Experience
You will be met by our guides at the air who will take you to Serena hotel Nairobi. Depending on your flight schedule you can do Nairobi excursions on this day at a small extra cost.

Nairobi to Masai Mara
From Serena, our driver guide will drive you to Masai Mara in a Safari cruiser, taking the scenic route down into the Rift Valley.
En route, you will stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for breathtaking views of the world's largest valley. Lunch will be served at Masai Mara Serena lodge.
After refreshing, you will go for a late afternoon game drive ( starting at 4.00 pm) for an introduction to the wild Mara.

Masai Mara - Full day game drive
Full-day game drive in the Mara. Spend your day enjoying the mara and its animals

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, check out and head to Lake Nakuru with your parked lunch. Go straight to the park and have your lunch inside the park as you do a game drive. Later, leave for Elementaita Serena lodge for overnight and dinner.

Elementaita to Amboseli
On this day, check out after breakfast go to Naivasha for a complimentary boat ride at Lake Naivasha.
Later go to Nairobi where you will take lunch in one of the hotels and in the afternoon head south to Amboseli national park arriving in the evening with an en-route game drive to your lodge.

Amboseli - Nairobi
On your last day of the safari, after breakfast, check out and drive back to Nairobi, and get dropped off at the airport or your hotel room. This marks the end of your enchanting safari with Shanjoy tours, in partnership with the Serena Lodges.
