Day 1

Nairobi-Mara North Conservancy

Depart Nairobi and transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the Maasai Mara. Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of Kenya's dramatic landscapes as you fly over the Great Rift Valley and vast savannah plains before landing in Mara North Conservancy.

Upon arrival, you will be met by your safari guide and transferred to Royal Mara Safari Lodge. The conservancy forms part of the Greater Maasai Mara ecosystem and is known for its exceptional wildlife densities and exclusive safari experiences.

After lunch at the lodge, embark on an afternoon game drive through the conservancy. Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and the region's famous predators. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight while enjoying the sounds of the African wilderness along the Mara River.

Day 2

Full Day in Mara North Conservancy

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives within Mara North Conservancy, one of Kenya's premier wildlife conservation areas. Covering over 74,000 acres, the conservancy is home to some of East Africa's highest concentrations of wildlife and is particularly renowned for its leopard population.

The area is often referred to as "Leopard Gorge" due to the abundance of leopards that inhabit its rocky outcrops and riverine forests. The surrounding hills and caves provide safe shelter for young cubs, making the conservancy an important breeding and nursery area for lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

The diverse habitats of open grasslands, wooded valleys, seasonal rivers, and rolling hills create ideal conditions for a wide variety of species including elephants, hyenas, jackals, topis, elands, and numerous bird species.

Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Mara North Conservancy Safari Experience

Another exciting day awaits with morning and afternoon game drives across the conservancy. Mara North offers the quintessential African safari experience, with remarkable opportunities to encounter large herds of elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, and antelopes.

The conservancy is also famous for its thriving predator populations. Lions are frequently seen resting beneath acacia trees, while cheetahs patrol the open plains searching for prey. During the migration season, thousands of wildebeests and zebras move through the ecosystem, creating one of nature's greatest spectacles.

Guests may also enjoy the stunning scenery that characterizes the region, from sweeping savannahs and river crossings to dramatic escarpments and breathtaking African sunsets.

After your game drive, return to the lodge for dinner and your final overnight stay.

Day 4

Mara North Conservancy – Nairobi

Enjoy an early breakfast at the lodge while taking in your final views of the Mara wilderness. Afterwards, transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Nairobi.

As you leave the Maasai Mara behind, reflect on the incredible wildlife encounters, stunning landscapes, and unforgettable safari memories experienced during your stay in one of Africa's most celebrated safari destinations.

Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be transferred to your hotel or the international airport for your onward journey.
